About us

Build to Suit supplies a "design construct" technique to building that speeds the shipment of tasks, makes sure quality and reduces cost. We hand-select the designer that will best fit the consumer's requirements. In turn, we solicit engineers and subcontractors, who do their style in combination with the designer for a typical goal. With client input, we handle every step of design, while keeping track of cost and schedule. Once building and construction begins, we handle development, quality and final shipment, including close-out documents, commissioning and a one year service warranty.

  Exciting progress is underway at the former Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be changing this familiar landmark into 60 new housing units, bringing fresh opportunities to the community. Residents are expected to move in next year.   We recently finished a Rec Room renovation for our friends at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, inviting retreat for households. This update functions: ➡ Modern, comfy furniture ➡ A mix of open gathering areas and quiet nooks ➡ A vibrant custom-made wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches aim to develop an area where families can unwind, reset, and feel supported.   This week we had the opportunity to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a job shadow experience at BTS. He hung out both in the office and out on the task site, offering him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to finish. We're constantly grateful to support trainees who are pursuing careers in the building market. It's an opportunity to partner with Regina High School and help present students like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We want him all the best as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management!   As we review Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the value of supporting those who continue to address the call. ❤ We just recently finished a renter improvement job for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will act as a recruitment office and includes an open office location, a training room, the Section Chief's office, and restrooms. This project is a strong example of our team's ability to provide high-quality, practical areas that support significant objectives in our communities.
